Deze PET-plastic recyclingmachine bestaat uit een etiketverwijderaar, sorteerder, breker, koude wasmachine, hete wasmachine, ontwateren, verpakkingssysteem. Het kan de schone PET-vlokken uit de PE PP-dop halen, olie, PVC-label, gebruik dan opnieuw de PET-vlokken, om plasticvervuiling te voorkomen.

De functie van enkele hoofdonderdelen:
- Lopende band: Via de rupsband gaan de materialen de breker in, die wordt verplaatst door het scrollwiel aan de binnenkant.
- Label Remover: Verwijder het etiket van de flessen.
- Manual Sorting Belt: Als het etiket nog in de fles zit, De werknemer kan het etiket met de hand verwijderen. In aanvulling, kan de verschillende kleuren met de hand scheiden.
- Maalmachine/molen: Het materiaal in klein formaat verpletteren.
- Screw Loader: om het materiaal naar de volgende stap te transformeren.
- Hot Washer: Om het vuile af te wassen, zoals olie, zand, in een hete wasmachine moet u het wasmiddel gebruiken, dan kunnen zeer schone PET-vlokken worden verkregen.
- High-speed Friction Washer: Door de hoge snelheid op de as van de schoepenklep en het sproeiwater wordt de gemeenschappelijke functie van een goed reinigend effect bereikt.
